DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • photos of damage

  • photos of the shipping box

  • photos of the shipping label

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked Delivered, we are not responsible for theft or loss.

We recommend shipping to a secure address and choosing insured shipping if available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for:

  • customs fees, duties, and taxes

  • delays due to customs processing

We do not refund orders refused due to customs charges.
