At Casa Esmeralda Spiritual Botanica, we take pride in offering spiritual and botanica products carefully packaged and shipped with intention. Please read this Refund Policy before placing an order.

FINAL SALE ITEMS (MOST ITEMS)

Due to the nature of our products—many of which are spiritual, personal-use, energetic, handmade, and/or consumable—all sales are final on the following categories:

  • Candles (including dressed, prepared, or fixed candles)

  • Oils, sprays, colognes, perfumes

  • Herbs, powders, resins, incense

  • Spiritual baths, soaps, salts, floor washes

  • Any blessed, prayed over, charged, or consecrated items

  • Custom bundles, made-to-order items

  • Any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with

For hygiene and spiritual integrity reasons, these items cannot be returned or refunded.

RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS (APPROVED CASES ONLY)

We will only consider a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • You received an incorrect item, OR

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

AND:

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item is unused and unopened

  • You provide clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we may offer (at our discretion):

  • replacement (preferred)

  • store credit

  • refund (case-by-case)

DAMAGE CLAIMS

For damage claims, email us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • order number

  • clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • photos of the shipping box (inside and outside)

  • photos of the shipping label

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except when the error is on our end.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Casa Esmeralda Spiritual Botanica is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase as long as the order has not been processed or shipped.
Custom or prepared items cannot be canceled once preparation begins.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider or bank.
